Mr. R was brought to me in an auto rickshaw. He was not in a position to walk, hence his son and wife were supporting him to enter my consultation room.

Before one week, he had gone to a coldest place in south India for a pilgrimage. While returning, he developed pain and swelling of the left leg. He had heaviness of legs with cramp like pain. Here is a case of a Muslim Female 13 yrs. with  presenting complaint as : 1. Goitre, noticed since 1 yr. 2. Generalised weakness since 1 yr. . This is an example of a case with very few symptoms. 

The Complaints started with generalised weakness and bloated appearance of the face one year back. Consulted an allopathic doctor who noticed some swelling of the thyroid gland and advised Blood and Urine R/E and TFT. This is a case of a man aged 50 yrs. He had come to treat a ulcer that has come up after a boil had opened up. the ulcer refused to heel and began to extend.There was severe pain and the touch of the clothing increased it.The first photograph shows the large ulcer.

Male  aged 34 yrs Date : 14-12-11. with Infertility, one and a half yrs duration. It was a case of Oligospermia ( 17 million/ml, 50 % motility on 23-11-10 and 9 million/ml, 30% motility on 25-12-10 ) and Surgical treatment ( TVL) for varicocele ( Grade II, B/L-Manual ) was done in December 2010. After the surgery he developed Azoospermia. 

His FSH and LH levels were normal but Testosterone a bit high. Allopath advised MESA/TESE and ICSI. As those procedures are costly the patient decided to try Homoeopathy. The patient Has the habit of smoking.

A lady aged 37yrs  presented with  generalized Weakness and Difficulty in doing her daily works. - 3 months duration .She says she was 'generally weak' but the condition worsened in the last 2-3 months. Consulted an allopathic doctor who prescribed some iron tablets which she says 'gave nothing but nausea'. He referred the case to MCH and they ruled out DM, UTI and Hepatitis. Fibroid uterus was detected on USG. They too prescribed Iron supplements but her HB % remained under 9 even after intake of the tablets for 1 month. she had a H/O Endometriosis ;FH : Paternal : CAD,    Maternal : DM .

Homeopathic Eczema treatment and importance of correct remedy

Here a is a case pointing to the importance of the correct remedy in curing a case of eczema.Eczema is used to describe dermatitis and these are allergies and not infection of the skin. The girl child 3yrs of age has a eczema on her right ankle as seen on the photograph. On case taking they revealed that the problem had started about 2yrs back and was treated by ayurvedic medicine and when it aggravated they turned on to the Allopathic mode of treatment,both of which had a lot of external application and finally they were able to remove (suppress) the eczema. It had recurred 2-3 times and they applied the same ointment that was given earlier and this process continued

Now she has eczema on the same foot again.these were the rubrics
